Is this the 2017 Holden Colorado update?
We know that a Colorado refresh is in the works, one we’re expecting to see in Oz either late this year or early 2017, so it seems reasonable to assume that these pics are our first look at the new face of Colorado, although we doubt it can fly.
Instagram user bfmsoficial, recently posted the above image of a Chevy badged Colorado ute, which is much the same as the image below that was posted last week on MZ Crazy Cars, a website for Thai enthusiasts.
The images show the same new front end styling with revisions to the bumper, grille, front guards, bonnet and headlights.
The current Aussie Colorado shares it’s styling with the Thai and Brazilian market Colorados, so it makes sense that the 2017 update will do the same.
Little is know about what we can expect with the 2017 Colorado, but it’s entirely possible that Holden will give it more than just a prettier face. GM has been building the home market Colorado in the states since 2014 and it’s said to be a significant improvement over the current Thai built Colorado that is sold in Australia.
Looks better too.
Now if we could get that front end on an Aussie Colorado, it would be the business.
